If you think

Some people may find that being reminded / force to take regular breaks is irritating and a waste of time. If that is what you think, think again.

Why are you given annual leaves, weekend breaks, lunch breaks and even coffee breaks? Isn’t it better if you have spent those time working?

The Facts........

*    Most people know that taking a break regularly from work can promote health.

*    Most people think they can control them selves and rely on watch/ clock / system clock on the computer to regulate their work & rest time.

*    Most people (especially kids) fail and most people know the reasons.

*   When was the last time you take your eyes off the computer screen in order to rest your eyes / release your self from stress? How many minutes ago? Can you maintain the same resting interval for the remaining time you need to work on your computer?
